Ethel will join the panel "The new world of merger control: Resilience, scale, global markets, investment, innovation, and (geo)political issues. How to navigate the new environment of merger control around the world", which will discuss how competition authorities are reassessing merger control in a period of geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain fragility and rapid technological change, and how these factors are being taken into account in merger reviews.
