RBB partner engages in Trans-Atlantic debate

RBB partner Adrian Majumdar will discuss ‘Article 82 Cases: What’s Happening’ at the forthcoming BIICL 6th Annual Trans-Atlantic Antitrust Dialogue. Adrian will contribute to a panel chaired by Margaret Bloom, and also including Johanne Peyre, James Flynn and Andr’s Font-Galarza. The panel will discuss a range of topics including: ‘What does an effects-based regime mean in practice’ and ‘How, if at all, has the European Commission’s practice changed since the publication of its Article 82 Discussion Paper?’
