OFT publishes buyer power report

The UK Office of Fair Trading has published a report by RBB on the Competitive Effects of Buyer Groups. The report describes the potential pro- and anti-competitive effects of buyer groups and has a wider application to buyer power more generally. The report also sets out a framework for analysing buyer power in the most common situations in which these issues arise. To access the report, click here.
