On 25 September 2026 the European Commission unconditionally approved the transaction in which Kesko acquires the Dahl companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, following a Phase I review.
This transaction marks the largest acquisition in Kesko’s history, strengthening its presence in the Nordic technical trade sector.
