RBB's Adrian Majumdar and Ethel Fonseca will participate in the Chambers UK Competition Forum 2026 in London on 25 June.

Co-chair of the forum, Adrian will also moderate a session on the CMA's new consumer enforcement powers and how the regime is being applied in practice. Ethel will moderate a panel examining merger control in a time of uncertainty, including the CMA's approach to failing and flailing firms, efficiencies and behavioural remedies.

The forum will bring together regulators, businesses and advisers to discuss key developments in UK competition enforcement and policy. This event is tailored to General Counsel attendees.
