RBB to participate in Tirant Congreso Nacional de Competencia

RBB’s Enrique CañizaresEnrique CañizaresPartner will give an address at the Tirant Congreso Nacional de Competencia, taking place in Madrid on 24–25 September.

The programme will also feature RBB’s Casilda PradoCasilda PradoPrincipal, who will speak on the panel “Impact of Cost Overruns”. Casilda will examine procedural treatment, evidentiary standards and burden of proof, drawing on the Truck Cartel, Car Cartel and Ten‑Year Insurance cases, and comparing approaches in Spain, the US, the UK and the Netherlands.
