RBB speaking at IBA Competition Conference in Japan

RBB's Benoît DurandBenoît DurandPartnerand Yan YuYan YuPartner are pleased to participate in the upcoming IBA Competition Mid-Year Conference, taking place in Tokyo on 12–13 June 2025.

On the second day of the conference, Benoît will join a expert panel for session five: exploitative abuse of dominance and bargaining power. Then later that morning, Yan will then contribute to session six: merger control – navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, exploring how geopolitical considerations and emerging regulatory tools are shaping transactions.
