RBB's Petter Berg and Jan Yngve Sand will speak at the CompLaw Nordic conference taking place on 13 and 14 March in Stockholm.
On the afternoon of day 1, Jan will speak on the panel 'The Risks of Information Exchange' which will discuss:
Managing trade associations and industry meetings in light of the update horizontal guidelines
Online platforms and information exchange
Information exchange in pre-merger situations and in the merger bidding phase
Designing effective firewalls
Lessons learn from recent cases including Banco BPM
Later on day 1, Petter will then participate in the session 'Current State of Private Enforcement in the Nordics and Europe' which will cover:
