RBB helps to organise MOFCOM training programme

RBB Economics, together with Australia and New Zealand School of Government, organised a three-week visiting programme for a senior delegation from the Chinese Competition Authorities including the Monopoly Bureau of Ministry of Commerce of the Central Administration (“MOFCOM”) in August 2012. Representatives from Beijing and 12 different provinces were part of the delegation. The programme comprised various training sessions on the topics related to the merger assessment practice in Australia, which were held at different law firms, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as well as RBB Economics.
