RBB's Portugal team is pleased to host an event celebrating the opening of the RBB Economics Lisbon office.
The event will include a panel discussion and a keynote by the President of the AdC, examining the evolving merger control landscape and its practical implications across Europe, with a particular focus on Portugal.
The panel will share insights on the Draft Merger Guidelines and what they mean for businesses and advisers, followed by cocktails, food and the opportunity to continue the discussion with fellow guests. This event is designed for lawyers and in-house counsel with a focus on competition law and policy.
