Sergey KhodjamirianPartner will be participating in the Nordic Competition Law Summit 2025, hosted by ThoughtLeaders4 Competition next month.
Petter will join the panel on Nordic merger control regimes, which will explore recent investigations and transactions in the region, assess the use of remedies and remedy breaches, and examine three-to-two mergers and their competitive impact.
Sergey will contribute to the discussion on recent trends in abuse of dominance, including the draft updates to Article 102 guidelines, enforcement in big tech beyond the DMA, and excessive pricing cases in the pharmaceutical sector.
