Derek Ridyard spoke at the 6th Asian Competition Forum, which took place at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 6-7 December 2010. The theme for the conference was “building capacity” in the Asian competition law regimes, and Derek’s paper assessed lessons from recent developments in the enforcement of laws against monopoly power in the EU and elsewhere.
