Wei is a Senior Associate based in RBB's London office.
Since joining RBB in 2023, he has advised clients on high-profile competition matters before the European Commission and various national competition authorities and courts, including the UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), and Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Wei's experience covers a variety of competition cases. This includes multi-jurisdictional and local mergers involving both horizontal and non-horizontal issues, abuse of dominance investigations, follow-on damages, and arbitration proceedings.
Wei has provided economic advice across a wide range of sectors, including digital platforms, insurance, veterinary services, sports, logistics, and construction materials.
Wei holds an MPhil in Economics with Distinction from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Economics with First Class Honours from the University College London (UCL).
