Teresa is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s Brussels office.
She has advised clients on a wide range of competition matters before the European Commission and national authorities in Spain and the United Kingdom.
She holds a M.Sc in Economics of Markets and Organizations from Toulouse School of Economics. Prior to joining RBB in 2023, Teresa worked as an intern at the European Commission (DG Competition).
Teresa has advised clients on a variety of complex competition matters, including horizontal mergers, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance cases.
She has supported clients in proceedings before the European Commission and several national competition authorities, such as the Spain’s Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) and the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceutical manufacturing, energy markets, the cinema industry, insurance, construction, and digital platforms.
A Spanish national, Teresa is fluent in Spanish and English.
