Talha Wani is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. Since joining RBB in 2023, he has advised clients on a range of competition matters including mergers and abuse of dominance investigations across multiple jurisdictions.
Talha holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences. He is fluent in English and Urdu.
Since joining RBB, Talha has advised clients on cases before the European Commission, as well as various national competition authorities and courts in the UK, India, Switzerland and Ireland.
His experience spans a wide variety of competition matters, including merger control procedures, regulatory compliance, and abuse of dominance investigations.
Talha’s experience covers several industries, including AdTech, digital markets, telecoms, FMCG’s, pharmaceuticals and retailers.
Talha has advised clients such as Alphabet (Google), Vandemoortele, Arla and Eircom.
