Shuting is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. Since joining RBB in 2023, she has advised clients on a variety of complex competition matters, including cartels, abuse of dominance and merger investigations.
Shuting holds an MSc in Economics and Management (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Shuting has advised clients on a wide range of complex competition and antitrust matters before major regulatory authorities, including the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
She has particular experience in follow-on damages litigation, having provided strategic support in several high-profile proceedings before both EU and UK courts.
Her experience spans a range of sectors, including transportation, digital markets, media and telecommunications.
