Riley is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office.
She has advised clients on a range of competition matters before the European Commission, Competition and Markets Authority as well as multiple national competition authorities and courts.
Since joining RBB in 2022, Riley has contributed economic analysis across a variety of competition and antitrust issues. Her experience includes cartel investigations, follow-on damages estimation, multi-jurisdictional merger reviews and market studies. She has been involved in the development of empirical evidence and the preparation of submissions to competition authorities and courts.
Riley’s experience covers a range of sectors including aviation, construction, food, retail, automotive and digital markets.
Riley holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh, a BA in Economics and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
