
Remi Chopra is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. He has advised on multi-jurisdictional mergers raising horizontal, vertical, and conglomerate concerns, as well as follow-on litigation and market regulation.
He holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
Remi has advised clients on competition matters before the European Commission, the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa Commission, and various national authorities, including the UK Competition and Markets Authority, the US Department of Justice, and the South African Competition Commission and Tribunal.
He has engaged with multiple high-profile clients such as Renault, Heineken, and Euronext.
Remi’s experience includes complex mergers involving horizontal and non-horizontal analyses, Phase II investigations, and numerous jurisdictions. He has also contributed to export reports related to follow-on damage estimation and financial regulation.
He has worked across a wide range of sectors, including durable and fast-moving consumer goods, automotives, commercial packaging, real estate services, and financial regulation.
