Raphael is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London Office.
Since joining RBB in 2023, he has advised clients on a variety of competition matters before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority as well as Ofcom.
Raphael’s experience spans multi-jurisdictional mergers involving both horizontal and non-horizontal issues as well as regulatory investigations.
He has advised high-profile clients across wide range of sectors including food products, beverages, utilities, petroleum products and media & broadcasting.
Raphael holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a First-Class BA degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
A German national, Raphael is fluent in German and English.
