Pablo Muñoz is a Senior Associate at RBB, based in Santiago de Chile. He specializes in the economic analysis of competition law, primarily focusing on the substantive assessment of mergers and the quantification of damages derived from unilateral practices and cartels. He has advised on matters before the European Commission, the Mexican competition authority, and national courts in Spain and Chile.
His casework includes mergers in the EU and Mexico, as well as cartel damages litigation in Spain and royalties litigation in Chile, spanning industries such as retail, financial services, metallurgy, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining RBB, Pablo served as an economic analyst in the Economic Research Division of the Central Bank of Chile, where he contributed to the analysis of the country's public policies. He holds a Master in Economics (MSc) from CEMFI in Spain and a Master in Economics (M.E.) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). Pablo is a Chilean national, fluent in Spanish and English.
