Owen O’Leary is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office.
Since joining RBB in 2022, Owen has advised clients on matters before the European Commission (EC), the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), and various other national competition authorities.
Owen holds an MPhil in Economics (with Distinction) and a B.A. in Economics, both from the University of Cambridge.
Owen’s experience covers a variety of competition matters, including mergers involving both horizontal and non-horizontal effects, market investigations and damages litigation.
He has advised clients across a range of industries including digital markets, media and telecommunications, gaming, chemicals and motor vehicles.
