
Noelia Saiz is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s Madrid office. Since joining RBB, Noelia has provided economic advice across various sectors, working with clients on a wide range of competition matters.
Since joining RBB Economics in 2022, Noelia has advised clients on a wide range of competition matters including infringements of Article 102, follow-on damages litigation and mergers. She has also significant experience providing expert testimony before Spanish courts of justice.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including transportation, telecommunications, grocery retail, freight logistics, agriculture, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Noelia holds a Master’s degree in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (UC3M). Noelia is fluent in Spanish and English.
