Hong Cao is a Senior Associate at RBB Economics, based in London.

Hong holds an MSc and a BSc in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
Since joining RBB, Hong has advised clients on cases before the European Commission as well as various national competition authorities in the UK, Norway, Ukraine, and Türkiye. These cases include merger investigations and follow-on damage litigation.
Hong’s experience spans several industries, including motor vehicles, online travel agencies, manufacturing, and consumer electronics.
