Dylan Perera

Dylan is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s Sydney office, bringing international competition law expertise following his transfer from RBB's London office in 2024. Since joining RBB in 2022, he has advised clients on a wide range of competition and regulatory matters.

Dylan holds an MPhil in Economics with distinction and BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Dylan has advised clients on a variety of competition matters before courts and competition authorities in various jurisdictions, including Australia, the EU and the UK.

His experience includes advising on complex mergers (raising both horizontal and non-horizontal concerns), alleged anti-competitive conduct and market studies.

Dylan has provided economic evidence in multiple jurisdictions, including before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority (UK), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Australian courts.

Dylan’s experience spans a range of sectors, including housing, media, construction, medical technology, security, freight transportation and aerospace.
