David is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office.
Since joining RBB in 2023, he has advised clients on a broad range of competition matters before the European Commission and various national competition authorities and courts. His experience spans mergers involving both horizontal and non-horizontal issues, as well as follow-on damages litigation and cartel matters.
David has advised clients across a variety of sectors, including logistics, enterprise technology software, sugar production and electrical wholesale.
He holds an MPhil in Economics and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford. David is fluent in German and English.
