Arianna Locatelli

Arianna Locatelli is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s Madrid office. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has provided economic advice across various sectors, working with clients on a wide range of competition matters before the European Commission, as well as national competition authorities and courts.

Arianna holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University and is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.

Arianna’s experience covers a variety of competition matters. She has worked on multi-jurisdictional mergers involving both horizontal and vertical concerns, cartels and follow-on damages estimation, as well as ex-post merger evaluation.

Arianna has advised clients on competition aspects before the European Commission and several national competition authorities, notably in the UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden.

Her expertise covers various industries, such as automotive, RAM memories production, electricity distribution, acoustic implant manufacture, mechanical security, and retail.

Clients Arianna has advised include Scania, Nexans, Micron Technology, Renault, Cochlear Limited, and EMK Capital.
