Alastair is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office.
Since joining RBB in 2022, he has advised clients on high-profile competition matters before the European Commission and multiple national competition authorities, such as the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
He holds an MSC in Economics with distinction and a BSc in Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Birmingham.
Alastair’s experience includes complex mergers involving horizontal and non-horizontal analyses, local merger analysis, and Phase II investigations. In addition, he has contributed to economic reports relating to alleged tacit collusion.
Alastair has worked across a broad range of industries, including retail trade, construction, manufacturing, and insurance activities, with high-profile clients such as Norsk Hydro, International Paper, and Barratt Redrow.
