Aidan is a Senior Associate in RBB’s London office. He holds an MSc in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics, and a BSc Honours in Economics from the University of Warwick. He has also studied at the University of British Columbia.
Since joining RBB in 2021, he has advised clients on a variety of competition matters before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority, as well as many other competition authorities around the world.
His experience spans several industries, including artificial intelligence, construction, computer hardware, financial markets, healthcare, heavy machinery, luxury retail, and online travel agencies.
Aidan has supported multiple high-profile clients, including Booking in its proposed acquisition of eTraveli and its appeal against the CNMC’s findings in its abuse of dominance investigation; NVIDIA in its acquisition of Run:ai, and luxury retailer Mytheresa in its acquisition of YOOX Net-A-Porter.
