Agata Lewicka is an Associate Principal at RBB Economics, based in London.
She joined RBB in 2026 after having worked on competition matters for other leading consultancies and the UK Competition Commission (the predecessor of the UK Competition Market authority).
Agata has been involved in a wide range of competition matters including mergers, cartel damages litigation and abuse of dominance for clients from various industries (among others financial services, online trading platforms, grocery wholesaler, live entertainment, telecommunication).
Her experience covers a variety of jurisdictions including cases before the European Commission, as well as before national authorities in Austria, Germany, Poland and the UK.
Agata has worked on the quantification of damages in private litigation cases for proceedings related to the European truck cartel or the German sugar cartel.
She has considerable merger experience and worked on high-profile mergers including:
• Ingredion/Tate and Lyle;
• Farfetch/Yoox Net-A-Porter;
• Warner Media/Discovery;
• Aon/Willis Tower Watson; and
• Deutsche Börse/London Stock Exchange.
Agata studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich (Germany) where she obtained a M.Sc. in Economics (Diplom-Volkswirtin). She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from the King’s College London.
She is fluent in English, German and Polish.
