RBB has advised Roquette, a leading manufacturer of plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, on its acquisition of IFF’s (International Flavors and Fragrances Inc) Pharma Solutions business. Both parties overlapped in the supply of certain cellulosic excipients for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
