RBB to participate in CompLaw Nordic 2026

RBB’s Nordic team will contribute to two panels at this year’s CompLaw conference in Stockholm on 17-18 March.

• Issues at stake: the Drahi report – decarbonisation, competitiveness and strategic autonomy

• The biggest concerns with the current guidelines that need to be addressed

• What would the competition law community like to see in the future merger guidelines?

• Dual distribution after Hugo Boss

• Managing the risks of information sharing in dual distribution scenarios

• Selective distribution

• RPM, differentiated and dual pricing

• MFNs

• Online search advertising restrictions

• Private labels

• Recent studies into the grocery sector and supply chains
