RBB Economics third annual Johannesburg conference - 6 February 2014

RBB Economics held its third annual Johannesburg conference which took place at 20 West Sandton Hotel on Thursday the 6th of February.  Unlike previous conferences, the event focused not only on competition law and economics, but also on legal and economic issues in other forms of litigation.  The first session reflected on recent developments in pricing abuse, access and business litigation bases in both South Africa and the EU.  This was then followed by a panel discussion on the key economic and legal issues arising from cartel investigations, private damages claims and class actions.
