Our people

Our diverse, multinational, multilingual team is our most important asset. Economists at RBB are recognised as being among the very best in the competition field. Most of our employees are educated to postgraduate level, but we do offer places to some undergraduates.

We are a collaborative and dynamic firm, our collegiate environment is welcoming, supportive, and sociable which makes working here enjoyable and fun. Our international cases are staffed with people from different backgrounds across our many offices, bringing a truly cooperative and global dimension to our work.

Our culture

We provide a meritocratic environment, with a relatively flat structure, where all staff have contact with Partners regularly. We are serious about our work and passionate about economics. We are great believers in being connected - both as part of our daily work and more broadly across our many offices.

We have regular social activities including, summer parties, Christmas parties and weekends away skiing, cycling and karting. We also participate in team sports such as football, netball and running. Our shared experience at RBB means we make friends for life.

Career opportunities

We provide an extensive training programme covering both technical expertise and consultancy skills. Career development also includes external courses, mentorship and opportunities for relocations to other offices and secondments. RBB nurtures future talent as evidenced by several of our Partners having started as Associates in the firm.
