Shenda is a Senior Associate based on RBB’s London office. Shenda joined RBB in 2016. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Shenda has advised clients on a range of abuse of dominance issues such as exclusive agreements, excessive pricing, tying and bundling, and foreclosure. Shenda also has a wide range of experiences in cases involving mergers and estimation of follow-on damages. Shenda has worked with clients on cases before the European Commission as well as national competition authorities and courts in China, the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, and South Africa.
Shenda has provided economic advice across a range of sectors including: internet search, ecommerce, B2C services, supermarkets, telecommunications, semi-conductors, and consumer products. Shenda is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
