Bojana Ignjatovic is a Partner based in the London office of RBB Economics. With close to twenty years’ experience as an expert in competition economics, in both private and public practice, she has advised on a large number of high-profile cases before the European Commission and many national domestic authorities, in particular in the UK. She has particular expertise in the application of quantitative techniques in the assessment of mergers: notable recent merger cases include Alstom/Bombardier, Siemens/Alstom, Comcast/ Sky, Nidec/Embraco and Teva/Allergan.
Bojana has also represented clients on a range of antitrust matters, in relation to horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance and market investigations.
Bojana has published and spoken widely on competition policy and industrial economics. She has also run training seminars for competition and regulatory agencies, and lectured for the Postgraduate Diploma/Masters in Economics for Competition Law at Kings College, London. She is featured in Who’s Who Legal, and in Global Competition Review’s Women in Antitrust survey.
