Petter Berg is a Partner based in RBB’s Nordic office in Stockholm. He has been working in the field of competition economics since 2002 at the Swedish Competition Authority, as a private consultant and in academia. His Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School focused on cartel damages.
Petter has advised clients in several high profile cartel and cartel damage cases (e.g. the Swedish asphalt cartel and the Finnish roundwood cartel) and is currently an external advisor to the ICN Cartel Working Group. He has also worked on a wide range of competition cases including mergers, abuse of dominance, state aid and arbitration cases. Petter has significant experience with sector specific regulation, primarily from electronic communication markets, healthcare and pharmaceutical markets. He regularly acts as an economic expert witness in court.
