Milan is an Associate Principal based in RBB’s Dusseldorf office. He joined RBB in 2017, having already worked for several years as a competition economist in Germany. Milan has a Master’s in International Economics from the University of Göttingen and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cologne.
Milan has worked on a wide range of matters including abuse of dominance, cartels, cartel damages estimations and in-depth Phase II merger investigations. He has also written several expert witness reports. Milan has advised clients on matters before the European Commission, as well as various national competition authorities and courts, including those in Germany and Belgium. His sectoral experience includes retail, media, consumer goods, and various industrial products.
Milan is a German national, fluent in German and English, and has a good understanding of Swedish.
