Hillary is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office, and has around six years of experience in economic consulting. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an undergraduate degree in Economics from University College London.
Hillary has advised clients across a range of competition matters, including merger control, investigations on abuse of dominance and anti-competitive agreements, as well as competition law risk assessments for commercial agreements.
He has worked on cases before the European Commission and before national competition authorities, regulators and courts in other jurisdictions, including the UK, Australia, China, Taiwan, South Africa and South America.
