Last month RBB's Benoît Durand was delighted to participate in the “The Increase of Regulatory Obstacles for Mergers” seminar organised by Concurrences and Latham & Watkins in Paris.
During the event the panel discussed how the tools affecting merger control have increased, through the new Foreign Subsidies Regulation, foreign investment control, the Digital Markets Act and the European Commission’s new guidelines on Article 22 of the Merger Regulation.
