RBB's Jacob Muller will participate in the panel session on the enforcement of competition law in the digital sector at the Bowmans competition law Africa conference in Nairobi on 23 February 2024.
Globally, competition authorities are acting to address concentration in the digital sector and address alleged anticompetitive practices by gatekeepers. Jacob will join industry peers in the digital session where they will discuss the enforcement of competition law in the African digital sector, whether regulatory approaches are converging, and whether more action is required in relation to gatekeepers and leading online platforms.
