Our two firms remain independent, but through this collaboration we intend to offer clients involved in transatlantic competition matters harmonized, cutting-edge economic analysis of the competition issues raised in both Europe and the United States.

We have cooperated with experts from COMPASS on a number of high profile European competition law cases, including the Sony BMG transaction and on the Coca-cola Article 82 investigation, on which we worked closely with COMPASS directors Janusz Ordover and Robert Willig.
