Yan joined RBB Economics in 2006 and is now a senior associate based in the Melbourne office. She holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, specializing in industry organization.
Yan has been involved in number of cases before the European Commission and some national authorities, including the UK, the Netherlands and South Africa. She has a broad range experiences, having advised clients on both horizontal aspects of mergers as well as in relation to alleged abuses of dominance, anti-competitive agreements.
Yan has experiences in a wide range of sectors, including mining, music, advertising, electricity, health care, airlines, hospitality, and grocery retailing.
