    Stéphane Dewulf joined RBB Economics in 2010. Before that, he was advising clients on competition
    policy and regulatory issues with another leading European economic consultancy.

    Stéphane has advised clients on many aspects of competition policy, including horizontal and non-
    horizontal mergers, cartels, abuse of dominance and state aid, before both the European Commission
    and several national competition authorities. His experience covers a wide range of sectors, including
    online advertising, banking, telecommunication, tobacco, airlines, satellite navigation, electrical
    distribution, and steel.

    Stéphane holds a Masters in European Economics from the College of Europe in Bruges and a
    Masters in Competition and Market Regulation from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
    He is a native French speaker, and is fluent in English and Dutch.
