Hugh Mullan joined RBB Economics in March 2006 and is based in RBB’s London office. Prior to joining RBB Hugh worked as an economist at the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). Hugh gained many years experience applying competition law to a number of different sectors while at the OFT, but specialised in financial services and payment systems. During this time he drafted published OFT competition enforcement decisions and market studies. Hugh has also lectured in economics at universities in Dublin and Barcelona.
