Gordon Cookson joined RBB’s London office in 2008. He has over five years’ experience in economic consulting and has worked on competition matters before authorities in the UK and South Africa.
Gordon has advised clients on a wide range of competition policy issues, spanning both horizontal and vertical aspects of mergers, alleged abuses of dominance, anti-competitive agreements, information exchange, and regulation. He has also advised and assisted in the preparation of expert witness reports in a number of litigation cases. His experience covers a range of sectors including ticketing, cement, pay TV, soft drinks, insurance and telecommunications.
