    Ethel joined RBB Economics in 2008 and is a Senior Associate in the London office. Ethel has been involved in a number of cases before the European Commission and various national authorities, including the UK, Brazil, France, Portugal, South Africa and The Netherlands. Her experience covers a wide range of sectors, including aviation, petroleum refining and retailing, consumer electronics, employment agencies, alcoholic beverages and fast moving consumer goods.Ethel holds a PhD in Economics from Rutgers University, USA. Having specialised in econometrics during her PhD studies, Ethel has particular interest in the application of quantitative techniques to competition policy. She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
