Daniel Gore is a competition economist at RBB’s London office with six years’ experience in private practice. He has spoken at the Association of Competition Economics’ annual conference and lectured on the role of economics in state aid control at Kings College London.
Daniel has worked on a range of horizontal and vertical mergers on behalf of both parties and interveners investigated under the EC, UK, Irish, Hungarian and South African jurisdictions. He has advised a number of firms on the commercial implications of the abuse of dominance provisions in European law, and provided economic analyses on the potential competition implications of commercial agreements between firms. He has also assisted firms involved in market investigations in the UK and South Africa.
Daniel’s experience spans a wide range of sectors, including oil refining and distribution, finance and banking, television broadcasting, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and grocery retailing.
