Ethel Fonseca will join a panel discussing “Should minority shareholdings and full mergers receive the same treatment?” at the 20th International Seminar on Competition Policy taking place in São Paulo on 30-31 October.Massimo Motta, Chief Competition Economist at the European Commission, will deliver the keynote speech and Sheldon Mills, Senior Director of Mergers at the CMA, will discuss “How economic analysis can be more useful to antitrust practice”.The conference is organised by the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Affairs and International Trade (IBRAC).
