On 4 June RBB’s Bojana Ignjatovic participated in the panel discussion at a major conference organised by the OFT to discuss the UK’s market investigation powers. The conference brought together a range of regulators and leading practitioners to debate the successes and failures of this policy instrument, and to share views on where it fits within the UK’s broader competition law and consumer protection regime.
